For homoeopathic physicians · classical repertory inside
AI-assisted homoeopathy, guided by your judgement.
hpills listens as you take the case — in Hindi, Hinglish or English — and helps turn the patient’s words into repertory searches. The rubrics and grades come from the classical repertories, and the remedy, as always, is yours to choose.

Everything in one place
Three jobs, one app
Homoeopathy software does the first. Clinic software does the third. hpills is the one that does all three.
Repertorize
Search 1,26,727 rubrics — Kent-based, Bönninghausen, Boger, Hering’s Mind repertory and Boericke’s — as fast as you type, misspellings tolerated. Weight rubrics, mark eliminatives, rank remedies four ways, and read the repertory as a book when you prefer to.
Run the consultation
Case-taking that suggests rubrics from your own repertory — no AI required. Mentals, Generals and Particulars, investigations with findings, and follow-ups that arrive pre-filled.
Run the practice
Appointments with front-desk check-in, reception logins that never see clinical records, letterhead prescriptions in English or Hindi, and income you can actually read.
The real thing
These screenshots are the actual app
Everything below is the working product, photographed on a demo clinic — not a mock-up. Step inside and click around it yourself.

The repertory
The book you trust, at the speed you type
Kent-based, Boenninghausen, Boger, Hering’s Mind repertory and Boericke’s Repertory — searched with misspelling-tolerant full-text search, or read as the printed book with chapters, grades and a jump-to-rubric key.
- Ask next proposes the question that separates the leading remedies
- “Why?” on any remedy shows what it covers, what it misses, and the score’s ceiling
- Weighted and eliminative rubrics, the traditional graded chart
- Four ranking methods — standard, grades, counting, small remedies
- Materia medica side-by-side for differentiation

Quick Rx
A follow-up prescription on one screen
Most of a clinic day is follow-ups. Pick the patient and the case, repeat last time’s medicines or add new ones, tap the follow up, check the fee, save — then print the slip or send it on WhatsApp.
- A complete visit — on the case, in the follow-ups-due list and in the appointment book
- “Repeat last prescription” in one tap, and your own usual remedies one tap away
- Needs a full case after all? “Continue in Detailed” brings everything typed along

Family tree
Three generations, drawn as a pedigree
Pick how each relative is related — father, sister, paternal grandmother — and tap their conditions. hpills draws the standard medical pedigree and shows what runs in the family.
- Tap a condition and everyone who has it lights up in the tree
- Relatives who are your patients too share one tree — nobody drawn twice
- One tap copies a dated summary into the patient’s family history

The practice
A front desk that runs itself
An appointment book with drag-to-reschedule, walk-ins, and a live waiting clock. Reception staff get their own logins — they can book and check in patients, and can never open a clinical record.
- Review-after chips feed a follow-ups-due list automatically
- Prescription kits — re-add a saved combination in one tap
- Income and outcome insights by day, week, month or year

Questions doctors ask us
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Unlimited patients, all five repertories, guided questioning, prescriptions, appointments — ₹0 and no card for your first 3 months. After that a paid plan keeps you adding new records; everything you have already recorded stays readable, printable and exportable either way.
Is any of the repertorization AI-generated?
No. Rankings, grades and the Ask-next questions are computed from the classical books’ own graded rubrics. Where optional AI exists (turning a typed case story into rubric SUGGESTIONS), every suggestion is a real rubric you approve — nothing is invented.
Who can see my patients’ data?
Only you. Every clinical query is tenant-scoped in code, access to a patient file is audit-logged, and your cured-case layer is never pooled or shared. See the Security page for the full posture.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — hpills runs in any modern browser, phone or desktop, nothing to install. On a phone the slip shares to WhatsApp as a real PDF from your own number.
Can my receptionist use it?
Yes — create reception logins that can view and book appointments and leave you notes, but can never open a case file.
What about Hindi?
Patient-facing material is bilingual today: dosing grids and standing instructions print in Hindi and English, per patient. The doctor’s app is English; a Hindi reception surface is on the roadmap.
