Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Unlimited patients, all three repertories, guided questioning, prescriptions, appointments — ₹0, no card, no expiry. Paid plans add capacity and conveniences, never the core.
Is any of the repertorization AI-generated?
No. Rankings, grades and the Ask-next questions are computed from the classical books’ own graded rubrics. Where optional AI exists (turning a typed case story into rubric SUGGESTIONS), every suggestion is a real rubric you approve — nothing is invented.
Who can see my patients’ data?
Only you. Every clinical query is tenant-scoped in code, access to a patient file is audit-logged, and your cured-case layer is never pooled or shared. See the Security page for the full posture.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — hpills runs in any modern browser, phone or desktop, nothing to install. On a phone the slip shares to WhatsApp as a real PDF from your own number.
Can my receptionist use it?
Yes — create reception logins that can view and book appointments and leave you notes, but can never open a case file.
What about Hindi?
Patient-facing material is bilingual today: dosing grids and standing instructions print in Hindi and English, per patient. The doctor’s app is English; a Hindi reception surface is on the roadmap.
