Your own booking page, and patients who can read their slips
Every clinic can switch on a public page — hpills.com/dr/your-clinic — with your profile beside the booking form; patients pick a free slot and confirm with an SMS code, the request lands in your book awaiting your approval, and approving sends them the confirmation SMS. You can also block time in your book for private appointments. Opt in, and your clinic also appears on the Find a clinic directory, searchable by city. Separately, a patient can sign in with the number on their file and see the prescription slips and receipts you issued them — only those, and every read shows in your activity log.

A denser day: the appointments day-board
On large screens the appointment book now shows the day’s timeline, the list and the booking form side by side. The patients register gained age/sex, last visit with its fee, an open-case tag and the next review date.

The website now shows the actual product photographed on a demo clinic, offers an approval-gated live demo, and carries full Features and honest Compare pages — in English and Hindi.

Pick how your printed slip and its PDF look — Classic, Elegant, Modern, Band, Warm or Heritage — from the new Prescription design page, which also gathers your slip instructions and closing line.

Fees are part of finishing a visit
Completing a consultation now asks for the fee (0 records a free visit), and follow-up visits carry the previous fee forward — so your income record can’t silently lose visits.

A “Waiting to hear” strip surfaces patients gone silent after a prescription; a phone-reported outcome saves in one tap as a real linked follow-up; open cases with a good response offer a one-tap close to the resolved tier.

A follow-up marked Better/Much better against a prescription becomes your personal clinical confirmation: a green ● beside the remedy in every grid, the cases named under “Why?”, and a growing ledger page — private to you, never reordering a ranking.

Appointment SMS confirmations
Booking an appointment texts the patient a confirmation with the clinic name and slot, on DLT-registered templates.
